Most items are handmade to order and ship within 1-2 weeks of purchase.
In-stock metal items and printed acrylic charms may ship faster.
Items are primarily shipped USPS first class, but you can also pay to upgrade. This decreases transit time, but make time will remain the same.
Purchases are delivered in a 7x5x2 inch blue and green box, but may be in a larger box if more items are purchased.
Customer is responsible for all duty/import fees unless paid for in advance (advance VAT payment only available for UK and select EU countries).
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns are generally not accepted due to the handmade nature of these pieces.
Please contact me if you have an issue with your order. All transit-caused damages are covered and returns/exchanges may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
