Make your new cooking DIY recipes at home!

This is listing is for one (1) Brewster cookie cutter. The cutter is made of PLA and printed on my home 3D printer in white filament. The sizing is roughly 3inches wide by a little less than 4inches tall, and roughly .5in thick. The inner details are recessed by 1/4 of an inch to not cut all the way through the cookie and to provide good definition.

This listing is for the actual cutter, but the file for personal use purchase is available here.

Tests have been done with different doughs, and sugar cookie dough preforms better than sable cookie dough. That being said, here are some tips for great cookies:

Sugar Cookies - chill your dough very well before cutting and dust the surface heavily with flour while rolling to ensure the cutter comes off easily. Once you put the cookies on the sheet, put the sheet in the fridge for about 4-5minutes before putting them in the oven.

Sable Cookies - the dough gets very sticky very quickly in room temperature. A commercial kitchen with cold slabs is recommended. In order to get a good cut, we took a marble cutting board and put it in the freezer for thirty minutes, then floured the board and rolled the dough out on it. We then sprinkled the dough with granulated sugar, and patted the cutter in a bowl full of flour. Quickness is key, because as soon as the butter begins to re-melt it will stick in the grooves of the cutter. Work fast, then put the cookies in the fridge for 4-5minutes to refirm the dough.

These cutters are shipped in a larger box to ensure safe delivery. Please wash your cutter before using. Handwash only, do not put in the dishwasher.

Please note we can only make about 5 of these a day. If there is a large demand, it can take longer to fill your order.
