SHIPPING

• Most items are handmade to order and ship within 1-2 weeks of purchase.
• In-stock metal items and printed acrylic charms may ship faster.
• Items are primarily shipped USPS first class, but you can also pay to upgrade. This decreases transit time, but make time will remain the same.
• Purchases are delivered in a 7x5x2 inch blue and green box, but may be in a larger box if more items are purchased.
• Customer is responsible for all duty/import fees unless paid for in advance (advance VAT payment only available for UK and select EU countries).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• Returns are generally not accepted due to the handmade nature of these pieces.
• Please contact me if you have an issue with your order. All transit-caused damages are covered and returns/exchanges may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
