★ How are these pins made? The pins are engraved over multiple passes then cut and coated with polyurethane for protection and warm tone. Two gold or silver pins will be attached on the back to ensure you can level the pin wherever you place it and that it will hang correctly.

★ How do you care for this wood piece? Since they are wood, it is recommended that the pins be placed under protection like in an ita bag. Wood can be damaged or warp when exposed to water, and it could chip or break with wear and tear. The coating helps to reinforce them.

★ I don't use pins, can it be made into a keychain? The pin can be instead made into a keychain style with a hole, but it should still be protected as stated before. You can indicate whether you would like a pin or keychain but a circle and hole will be added to the design for the keychain option.

★ What files do you accept, and if I can't get the file you need do you have other options? In order to get the character pin made, I must either meet up with you in game to grab your character data to do the necessary modifications, or if you have a MCDF or CHARA file I can utilize that. Please also send your WoL's name and a screenshot of your character from the waist up to ensure the file that I have is the same is what you see as your WoL on your screen. If you need me to meet you in game to grab your file (I can only grab CHARA/no mods) it's an extra $5 (this is waived if you are console based).

★ Once I send in my files, what is the process and how long does it take? You will be sent a mockup of your pin prior to cut which takes about a week or two. Once you verify the mockup, I will cut the pin and glaze it with polyurethane. It can take 1-2 weeks to do this depending on the weather and cure time.
